体位干预联合不同服用时间的西甲硅油在结肠镜检查准备中祛泡效果的对比观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨体位干预联合不同服用时间的西甲硅油在结肠镜检查准备中祛泡效果的对比观察。方法:将符合相应标准的171例患者按就诊顺序入观察组、对照1组、对照2组各57例,对照1组与观察组在术前1h服用西甲硅油,对照2组术前2h服用西甲硅油,对照1组采取静止体位检查,对照2组与观察组采取变换体位检查。结果:在操作时长与病变检出率方面,与对照1组和2组相比,观察组均有明显的改善(P<0.05);在肠腔内气泡等级方面,与对照2组相比,观察组与对照1组均有明显的改善(P<0.05);在患者满意情况方面,与对照1组相比,观察组与对照2组均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:采用变换体位联合术前1h内服用西甲硅油的方式,其各项检查情况与满意情况均较为理想。Objective:To explore the comparative observation of defoaming effect of postural intervention combined with simethicone at different time in preparation for colonoscopy.Methods:171 patients who met the corresponding criteria were selected and divided into the observation group,control group 1 and control group 2 according to the order of visits,with 57 cases in each group.The control group 1 and the observation group took simethicone 1h before surgery and the control group 2 took simethicone 2h before surgery.The control group 1 took a static posture examination,the control group 2 and the observation group took a posture change examination.Results:Compared with the control group 1 and control group 2,the observation group had a certain degree of improvement in the length of operation and the detection rate of the lesions(P<0.05).Compared with the group 2,the observation group and the control group 1 had significant improvement of intestinal bubble level(P<0.05);In terms of patient satisfaction,compared with the control group 1,the observation group and control group 2 had different degrees of improvement(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:By adopting the method of changing posture combined with taking simethicone within 1h before the operation,the inspection and satisfaction is ideal.
