右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼全身麻醉在梅杰综合征手术中的应用效果探究

摘　　要：目的:探究右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼全身麻醉接受梅杰综合征手术患者的应用效果。方法:选取拟行手术治疗的梅杰综合征患者38例。将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各19例。两组均行瑞芬太尼为主的全身麻醉,观察组加用右美托咪定。对比两组的麻醉效果。结果:两组患者的平均动脉压(MAP)、颅内压(ICP)、心率(HR)在术中均有统计学变化(P<0.05),观察组各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、皮质醇(Cor)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者的镇静评分和精神状态评分高于对照组,疼痛评分和谵妄评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组(36.84%)与对照组(21.05%)术后不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼全身麻醉梅杰综合征手术患者能有效维持血流动力学稳定,具有较好的效果和较高的安全性。Objective:To investigate the effect of general anesthesia with dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil in the surgery for the treatment of Meige syndrome.Methods:38 patients scheduled with surgery for the treatment of Meige syndrome were included and divided into observation group and control group,19 cases in each.Refentanil-based general anesthesia was used in both groups,and dexmedetomidine was additionally added to the observation group.The anesthetic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The mean arterial pressure(MAP),intracranial pressure(ICP)and heart rate(HR)of showed obvious changes in the two groups during the operation(P<0.05),with lower scores observed in the observation group(P<0.05).The serum C-reactive protein(CRP),cortisol(Cor)and norepinephrine(NE)in the observation group after operation were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compare with the control group,the sedation score and mental state score were higher in the observation group after surgery,while the pain score and delirium score were lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group(36.84%)and the control group(21.05%,P>0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia induced by dexmedetomidine and remifentanil in the surgery of Meige syndrome can effectively maintain hemodynamic stability,and have better effects and higher safety.
