摘 要:为了提高硅铁矿热炉加料车实时轮廓轨迹运动控制系统项目的研发效率,降低项目的整体编程难度,缩短开发周期,在项目研发过程中运用软硬件协同的思想,对项目进行了多任务设计和轮廓轨迹限位运动控制。对影响控制系统可靠性、实时性、准确性的关键控制变量,通过综合运用资源共享、线程的互斥、多线程控制、同步、并发、实时调度算法等方法加以处理,在此基础上应用UML建模技术,通过用例图、类图、时序图从不同侧面描述了加料车实时轮廓轨迹运动控制系统的功能、结构和行为。通过项目的实施表明,应用这种方法开发项目,能有效减少项目开发过程中的返工和接口错误,提高研发效率;且能满足加料车实时轮廓轨迹运动控制系统对实时性、可靠性方面的要求。In order to improve development and research efficiency of real-time contour trajectory motion control system for ferrosilicon hot furnace feeders,we should reduce overall programming difficulty of the project,and short the development period.In the process of project research and development,the idea of software and hardware cooperation was used to carry out multi-task design and contour trajectory limit motion control.The key control variables that affected the reliability,real-time and accuracy of the control system were dealt with by comprehensive utilization of resource sharing,mutual exclusion of threads,multi-threaded control,synchronization,concurrency,real-time scheduling algorithm and other methods.On this basis,UML modeling technology was used to describe the function,structure and behavior of the real-time contour trajectory motion control system of feeder from different sides and through using case diagrams,class diagrams and timing diagrams.The implementation of the project showed that by applying this method to develop the project,it could effectively reduce rework and interface errors during the project development process,improved the research and development efficiency,moreover,it could meet the real-time and reliability requirements of the real-time contour trajectory motion control system of feeders.
