摘  要:观察VBL-100虚拟仿真系统在培养应用型口腔医学人才过程中的教学效果,探讨该系统在医学机能学实验教学推广的意义。采用传统实验项目教学模式和传统实验项目+虚拟实验教学模式分别对不同年级口腔医学专业学生讲授和指导医学机能学实验课程,通过课堂教学评价指标、课后作业、期末考核成绩、实验设计成绩及学生满意度等评估方式,比较两种教学模式的教学效果。传统实验项目+虚拟实验教学模式组与传统实验项目教学模式组各项评价指标相比较,前者均优于后者(P<0.05),有统计学意义。在医学机能学实验教学中,VBL-100虚拟仿真系统能够促进培养口腔医学专业学生动手能力、团队合作能力、科研能力、提出问题和解决问题能力,达到理论与实践完美结合效果。To observe the teaching effects of VBL-100 virtual simulation system in the process of training applied stomatological talents,and to explore the significance of the system in the experimental teaching of Functional Medicine Science.The traditional experimental project teaching mode and the traditional experimental project+virtual experimental teaching mode are used to teach and guide the experimental courses of Functional Medicine Science to the students of Stomatology major in different grades respectively.The teaching effects of the two teaching modes are compared by means of teaching evaluation indexes,after class assignments,final examination scores,experimental design scores,Student satisfaction rate.Compared with the traditional experimental project,the teaching effects of the traditional experimental project+virtual experimental teaching mode group are all better,P<0.05 was considered to indicate a statistically significant difference.In the experimental teaching of Functional Medicine Science,VBL-100 virtual simulation system can promote the cultivation of students'practical ability,teamwork ability,scientific research ability,problem-solving ability,and achieve the perfect combination of theory and practice.
