摘　　要：高等学校的中心工作是教与学的工作,面对新形势,高校教学管理工作又面临着许多新的情况和新的问题。适应新形势,解决新问题,保障学校核心工作的稳定运行机制,既是各高校从事教学管理者普遍关心的问题,也是一个值得深入研究的热门课题,需要一个既能契合国家政策,又能与高校实际教学管理活动高度结合的信息化系统治理方案,更好地服务于师生、服务于地方,“互联网+”模式下地方本科院校教学管理手段研究具有很好的理论和实际意义。The central work of colleges and universities is the work of teaching and learning.Facing the new situation,the teaching management of colleges and universities is faced with many new situations and new problems.To adapt the new situation,solve the new problems,and ensure a scientific operational mechanism for school center work,is not only the workers engaged in teaching management in universities widely concern about the problem,it is a subject worth exploring and researching,need a can both agree with national policy,but also with the actual teaching management activities highly integrated information systems management solutions,better service to teachers and students,service in place,“Internet+”local undergraduate colleges and universities core courses under the mode of teaching management research has the very good theoretical and practical significance.
