摘　　要：目的探讨睫状体冷冻术与康柏西普联合小梁切除术治疗新生血管性青光眼(neovascular glaucoma,NVG)的临床价值。方法随机将我院2018年1月—2019年6月收治的40例NVG患者分为两组,每组20例。对照组给予注射康柏西普+小梁切除术治疗,观察组给予睫状体冷冻术。比较两组术后成功率、眼压等指标。结果(1)观察组术后成功率(90.0%;18/20)与对照组(85.0%;17/20)比较差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)术后半年,观察组眼压为(15.58±2.44)mm Hg,对照组为(21.35±3.06)mm Hg,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论睫状体冷冻术能够有效治疗NVG,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of ciliary body cryotherapy combined with Compaqop combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma(NVG).Methods Forty patients with NVG treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups of 20 patients each.The control group was treated with injection of compaqip+trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with ciliary body freezing.Postoperative success rate and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The postoperative success rate in the observation group(90.0%;18/20)was not significantly different from the control group(85.0%;17/20)(P>0.05);(2)Six months after surgery,The eyes pressure of the observation group was(15.58±2.44)mm Hg,and the control group was(21.35±3.06)mm Hg.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ciliary body cryosurgery can effectively treat NVG,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
