止血带盒的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在分析新型止血带盒相较于常规使用及存放止血带的应用效果情况。方法于2019年9月3—20日间选取我院普外科100根止血带作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将止血带均平均分成观察组及对照组,每组各50根止血带。待使用时观察组将止血带置于无菌新型止血带盒中,对照组将止血带置于无菌敞口托盘中,两组每根止血带于存放第7 d进行淘汰检测,记录细菌检测合格情况及最终保质期,并进行比较。结果观察组止血带的细菌检测合格率96.00%(48/50)、保质期(31.79±13.31)d及淘汰率36.00%(18/50)明显低于对照组细菌检测合格率62.00%(31/50)、保质期(11.95±3.71)d及淘汰率80.00%(40/50),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止血带盒对临床无菌操作提供帮助,降低患者感染风险,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the application effect of the new tourniquet box.Methods From September 3,to September 20,2019,100 tourniquets as the research object were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 tourniquets in each group.The observation group placed the tourniquet in a sterile new tourniquet box,and the control group placed the tourniquet in a sterile open tray.Eliminated on the 7th day for storage and the bacterial test was recorded.Qualifications and final shelf life were compared.Results The bacterial test pass rate of the tourniquet in the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),the shelf life(31.79±13.31)d and the elimination rate 36.00%were significantly lower than the control group bacterial test pass rate of 62.00%(31/50),shelf life(11.95±3.71)d and elimination rate 80.00%,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The tourniquet box provides clinical aseptic operation and reduces the risk of infection in patients.It is worth popularizing.
