儒家德治主义视域下朝鲜劳动党的“仁德政治”

摘　　要：朝鲜劳动党的"仁德政治"是一种体现"以民为天"思想,以对人民群众的无限爱护和信任为基础,以对人民群众的献身服务为宗旨,以领袖、党和人民群众团结一心,尤其是结成一个共命运的"社会政治生命体"为终极目标的政治方式。儒家德治主义主张"为政以德",强调"以民为本",重视"仁民爱民",提倡"贤人治国",这些是儒家德治主义传统的特色。从儒家德治主义视角看,朝鲜劳动党的"仁德政治"在思想理论基础、人民福利政策、自身实现途径上,灵活借鉴、援引和变用了儒家德治主义"以民为本"的治国理念、"仁民、宽民、惠民、教民"的治国方略目标、"选贤任能、圣贤治国"的执政原则等核心观点。“Humane politics”implemented by Korean Workers Party embodies the thought of“viewing the people as the most important”,which is based on the people’s love and trust,and aims at selfless devotion to the people,the unity of the leader,the Party and the people,and the formation of“a social political life”.Confucian doctrine of moral governance advocates“governing by virtue”,emphasizes“people-oriented ruling”,attaches importance to“benevolence and love of the people”,and proposes“meritocracy”.“Humane politics”by Korean Workers Party enriches its theoretical foundation,people’s welfare policy and the implementation approach by absorbing and citing the Confucian core doctrines of governing by virtue,namely concept of“viewing the people as the most important”,strategies of“being kind,generous to the people,benefiting and guiding the people”,and principle of“meritocratic governance”.
