大学生功利心理与学习动机的关系探究

摘　　要：研究采用《大学生功利心理问卷》和《学习动机问卷》对257名在校大学生进行问卷调查,以探讨大学生功利心理与学习动机的取向关系。结果表明:大学生普遍存在功利心理,功利心理处于中度水平状态;大学生学习动机处于中等偏下水平,学习动机有待提升;功利心理各维度与学习动机各维度均存在显著性相关;大学生功利心理与学习动机的回归效应显著,功利心理各维度与学习动机求知兴趣、能力追求、声誉获取维度有极其显著的预测作用。A survey on 257 college students was conducted to explore the relationship between utilitarian psychology and learning motivation with Utilitarian Psychology Questionnaire and Learning Motivation Questionnaire.The results show that:There is a general utilitarian psychology among college students;The utilitarian psychology is in the middle level;The learning motivation is below the middle level and the learning motivation needs to be improved;There is a significant correlation between all dimensions of utilitarian psychology and learning motivation;The regression effect of utilitarian psychology and learning motivation is significant,and the various dimensions have extremely significant predictive effect on interest for knowledge,ability pursuit and reputation acquisition.
