摘　　要：目的探究西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗青壮年抑郁症的临床效果及对血清BDNF、5-HT水平的影响。方法采用随机硬币抛掷法将136例青壮年抑郁症患者分为对照组(n=62,西酞普兰治疗)和观察组(n=74,西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组BDI评分均下降,BDNF和5-HT水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗青壮年抑郁症效果优于单用西酞普兰,其可上调BDNF和5-HT表达,发挥抗抑郁作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of citalopram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of young adults with depression and its influences on serum BDNF and 5-HT levels.Methods A total of 136 young adults with depression were divided into control group(n=62,citalopram treatment)and observation group(n=74,citalopram combined with olanzapine treatment)by random coin tossing.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the BDI scores in both groups decreased,the serum BDNF and 5-HT levels increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of citalopram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of young adults with depression is superior to that of citalopram alone,which can up-regulate the expression of BDNF and 5-HT and play an antidepressant role.
