摘 要:目的研究生物功能性义齿修复系统(BPS)在全口牙列缺失患者中的临床应用效果。方法纳入我院收治的全口牙列缺失患者86例,按照随机数字法将其分为传统组和BPS组,各43例。传统组行传统全口义齿修复,BPS组行全口BPS修复。比较两组患者修复后不同时间的咀嚼功能、修复即刻双侧咬肌和颞肌的不对称指数、修复前和修复后12个月的口腔健康状况以及修复后12个月的修复效果。结果修复后3、12个月,BPS组的咀嚼功能均明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。BPS组修复即刻双侧咬肌和颞肌的不对称指数均低于传统组(P<0.05);修复后12个月,两组的口腔健康评分均降低,且BPS组低于传统组(P<0.05)。修复后12个月,BPS组的舒适度、美观度、语音能力、固位功能评分均高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论与传统全口义齿修复相比,BPS应用于全口牙列缺失患者中更有利于患者的咀嚼功能、咀嚼活动、口腔健康和修复效果的改善。Objective To study the clinical application effect of biofunctional prosthetic system(BPS)in patients with total dentition deficiency.Methods A total of 86 patients with total dentition deficiency admitted in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were divided into traditional group and BPS group according to random number method,with 43 cases in each group.The traditional group performed traditional full denture repair,and the BPS group performed full mouth BPS repair.The masticatory function at different time after repair,the asymmetry indexes of bilateral masseter muscle and temporalis muscle immediately after repair,oral health status before repair and 12 months after repair and repair effect at 12 months after repair were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 and 12 months after repair,the masticatory function of the BPS group were better than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).The asymmetry indexes of bilateral masseter muscle and temporalis muscle immediately after repair in the BPS group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);at 12 months after repair,the oral health scores of both groups decreased,and that in the BPS group was lower than the traditional group(P<0.05).At 12 months after repair,the comfort,aesthetics,speech ability and retention function scores of the BPS group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional full denture repair,BPS applied to patients with total dentition deficiency is more conducive to the improvement of the masticatory function,chewing activities,oral health and repair effect.
