摘 要:目的:比较心肺复苏机心肺复苏(CPR)与徒手按压CPR在超长时间CPR患者中的应用效果。方法:选取88例心脏骤停需CPR持续超过30 min患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组采用徒手按压CPR,观察组应用心肺复苏机CPR,比较两组PaO2、PaCO2、血氧饱和度、复苏成功率及并发症发生率。结果:复苏60 min后,观察组PaO2、PaCO2、血氧饱和度水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未有死亡病例;两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心肺复苏机CPR与徒手按压CPR应用于超长时间CPR患者的复苏成功率和避免并发症发生的效果均相当,但心肺复苏机CPR可提高PaO2水平和血氧饱和度水平,以及降低PaCO2水平,效果优于徒手按压CPR。Objective:To compare application effects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)by heart-lung resuscitator and CPR by hand in long-term CPR patients.Methods:88 patients with cardiac arrest requiring CPR for more than 30 minutes were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,44 cases in each.The control group used the CPR by hand,while the observation group was given the CPR by heart-lung resuscitator.Then,the levels of PaO2,PaCO2 and blood oxygen saturation,resuscitation success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After 60 minutes of resuscitation,the levels of PaO2,PaCO2 and blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no deaths in the two groups.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:For the long-term CPR patients,CPR by heart-lung resuscitator and CPR by hand are similar in the resuscitation success rate and the complication rate.However,CPR by heart-lung resuscitator can increase the PaO2 levels and blood oxygen saturation levels,and reduce the PaCO2 levels.Therefore,it is superior to CPR by hand.
