English teachers'professional development from the perspective of cooperative development

摘  要:英语教师的专业发展以教师的自主发展和自我发展为主要动力。从反思教学、行动研究、合作教学、同伴观摩、案例研究5个方面论述促进教师专业发展的途径。教师将教学实践和行动研究相结合是促进专业化发展的重要途径和有效手段。教师通过反思教学和研究工作,培养对自己教学和观点的批判性思考能力,理性思考教学观点和教学行为,并不断调整教学观点和行为使之更加合理,通过合作教学不断加强合作教学意识,提高教学效果和效率,提升科研能力,促进专业能力的发展,实现教育生涯的可持续发展。通过互相帮助和资源共享实现共同发展。English teachers'professional development is motivated by teachers'autonomous development and self-development.The paper discusses the ways to promote teachers'professional development from reflective teaching,action research,cooperative teaching,peer observation and case study.The combination of teachers'teaching practice and action research is an important and effective means to promote professional development.Through reflecting on teaching and research,teachers foster the critical thinking abilities about their own teaching and opinions,reflect on teaching opinions and actions rationally,continuously adjust teaching opinions and actions,and justify them.Through cooperative teaching,teachers strengthen the awareness of cooperative teaching,improve teaching effects and efficiency,promote the ability of research,boost professional development and achieve sustainable development of teaching career.Teachers accomplish common development by helping each other and sharing resources.
