摘　　要：目的了解并分析青少年艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者的家人告知现状及其影响因素。方法采用横断面研究设计,于2017年4-11月通过方便抽样对10~20岁在治经性传播感染HIV青少年患者进行问卷调查。结果99例青少年感染者中,28.28%(28例)已将感染情况告知家人,告知对象主要是父母。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,生活费主要来源于家人供给(调整比值比=2.727,95%可信区间:1.053~7.064)的青少年感染者更可能将感染状况告知家人。结论青少年HIV感染者的家人告知率较低,在艾滋病的家人告知干预工作中,应加强对有独立生活收入青少年感染者的关注,协助并促进其实现家人告知。Objective To understand and analyze the present situation and its predictors of HIV serostatus disclosure to family members among adolescent living with HIV.Methods A cross-sectional research was conducted based on a questionnaire survey among 10-to 20-year-old adolescents with sexually transmitted HIV infection by convenience sampling between April to November,2017.Results Among the 99 adolescent patients,28.28%(28)disclosed their HIV serostatus to their family members,mainly their parents.Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that adolescents living with HIV who mainly lived upon financial aid from family members(aOR=2.727,95%CI:1.053-7.064)were more likely to disclose to their family members.Conclusion The disclosure rate was low among adolescents living with HIV.To strengthen the disclosure of HIV serostatus to family members,we should put more focus on the adolescents living with HIV who has independent living income,to assist and promote their HIV serostatus disclosure to their family members.
