摘　　要：宫颈癌发病率居全球女性恶性肿瘤发病率第4位,人乳头瘤病毒感染导致了90%宫颈癌的发生。预防性人乳头瘤病毒疫苗接种已成为预防宫颈癌的有效手段。本文介绍了人乳头瘤病毒的生物学特性以及从有效性、免疫原性、安全性、不同地区应用现状和疫苗接种影响因素方面介绍了预防性人乳头瘤病毒疫苗的临床研究进展。Objective The incidence of cervical cancer ranks the fourth in the incidence of female malignant tumors worldwide,and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection causes 90%of cervical cancer.Prophylactic HPV vaccination has become an effective means of preventing cervical cancer.This article describes the biological characteristics of HPV and the clinical research progress of prophylactic HPV vaccine from the aspects of effectiveness,immunogenicity,safety,application status in different regions and factors affecting vaccination.
