摘  要:高职院校专业规划的合理设计和专业资源的有效开发能够满足人才培养的要求。为持续提高人才培养质量,教学诊断与改进工作意义重大,建立协同共诊的组织机构,依托内部质量监控大数据诊改平台,构建专业、课程诊改双循环体系,实现从管理到治理、从理论到实践、从模式到习惯、从组织到个人的全面转变。The rational design of professional planning and the effective development of professional resources in higher vocational colleges can meet the requirements of talent training.The teaching diagnosis and improvement is significant to improve the quality of talent cultivation continuously.It needs to establish the organization of collaborative diagnosis,and construct the double circulation system of specialty and course relying on the internal quality monitoring data diagnosis and improvement platform,so as to realize the overall transition from theory to practice,from pattern to habit and from organization to individual.
