高职院校职业生涯规划课程实施策略探究

摘　　要：在2020年新冠疫情下,职业生涯规划课程采用线上授课形式后获得了许多经验与反馈。对比高职院校职业生涯规划课程传统授课过程中出现的一些问题,结合调研与分析,阐述了职业生涯规划课程的现实意义,对新形势下互联网时代职业生涯规划课程实施策略的优化提出了五点建议,为提升该课程授课效果及实施课改,提供了参考意见。Under the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020,the career planning course has obtained much experience and feedback after adopting the online teaching form.In view of the problems in traditional teaching process of career planning course in higher vocational colleges,and combined with investigation and analysis,this paper expounds the practical significance of career planning course,and puts forward five suggestions on optimizing implementation strategy of the career planning course in the era of Internet,providing reference for improving the teaching effect and implementing the course reform.
