摘  要:随着云大物移(云计算、大数据、物联网和移动互联网)等新兴数字技术在企业的推广和应用,如何利用这些新兴数字技术来对企业现有运作能力进行重构并获取持续性竞争优势已经成为企业管理者的当务之急。然而,目前学术界对于新兴数字技术是否以及如何提升动态能力和即兴能力这两类组织重构能力还存在争议。本文借鉴数字商务战略概念,将其分为技术冗余,商务冗余和匹配的三个剖面,基于组织冗余和IT-业务战略匹配的竞争性观点,提出在动荡环境干扰的情况下,数字化战略剖面影响组织重构能力的两组竞争性假设。通过对172家企业的数据分析,采用似不相关回归分析方法(SUR)对两组竞争性假设进行了检验。研究结论基本支持了组织冗余理论的主流观点,同时也界定了组织冗余理论和IT-业务战略匹配逻辑的理论边界,对我国企业管理者如何有效制定有效的数字商务战略,进而实现动态能力和即兴能力具有一定的理论意义和现实启示。With the promotion and application of emerging digital technologies such as big data and cloud computing in Chinese enterprises,understanding how to use these emerging technologies to restructure the existing operational capabilities of enterprises and create sustainable competitive advantages has become a top priority for enterprise managers.However,there is currently controversy in the academic community in regards to whether and how emerging digital technologies can improve dynamic and improvisational organizational restructuring capabilities.The analysis in this paper draws on the concept of digital business strategy and is divided into three parts:technical redundancy,business redundancy,and matching.Based on the competitive perspectives of organizational redundancy and IT business strategy matching,it proposes that in the case of turbulent environmental interference,digitalization of the strategic profile influences two sets of competitive hypotheses regarding the ability of an organization to restructure.Using the data of 172 companies as a sample,the two sets of hypotheses were tested using the seemingly unrelated regression(SUR)analysis method.In the first part,based on the current literature on IT business strategy matching,a matching profile will input the relevant digital resources into the entire process of production and service of the enterprise,thereby improving the response speed;and a redundant profile will cause resource waste,to a certain extent.Organization redundancy theory proposes that an organization's redundant resources can help it respond flexibly to internal and external environmental changes and tap into related opportunities.Redundant resources such as digital technology are considered digital options,and will drive partnerships,customer relations,and agile operations.As such,this paper proposed a set of competitive hypotheses based on IT business strategy matching and organizational redundancy theory.In the second part,seemingly unrelated regression(SUR)analysis was used for model
