摘　　要：性功能障碍(Sexual dysfunctions,SDs)是帕金森病(PD)中最容易被忽视的非运动症状之一,受诸多的社会和文化因素的影响。自1817年James Parkinson首次对PD的描述以来,SD没有引起人们的足够重视而进行广泛研究,多数PD患者在被医生问及性生活方面的问题时会感到局促不安和尴尬。许多研究表明,患有PD的男女普遍存在性欲下降、性高潮功能障碍,男性患者还存在勃起功能障碍。此外越来越多的研究发现,PD患者的SD还存在与治疗相关的性欲亢进。近年来研究表明,SD包括一系列明显的症状和条件,通常需要采用多学科方法进行评估、研究和治疗。本文就PD患者SDs这一在临床上被广泛讨论而被低估的疾病的研究进展做一综述。Sexual dysfunction(SDS)is one of the most neglected non motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease(PD),which is affected by many social and cultural factors.Since James Parkinson first described PD in 1817,SD has not attracted enough attention and has been widely studied.Most PD patients feel embarrassed and embarrassed when they are asked about sexual life by their doctors.however,a number of studies have shown a high prevalence of decreased libido,orgasmic dysfunction in both men and women with PD,and erectile dysfunction in male subjects.Moreover,SD in PD also comprises the increasingly recognized hypersexuality that is often associated with PD treatment.In recent years,studies have shown that SD includes a series of obvious symptoms and conditions,which usually need to be evaluated,studied and treated by multidisciplinary methods.This article reviews the research progress of SDS in PD patients,which is widely discussed and seriously underestimated in clinical practice.
