热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗老年慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗老年慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年5月本院收治的100例老年慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用冷牙胶侧方加压根管充填治疗,观察组采取热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组有效率显著高于对照组,再次感染率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组根管填充质量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组填充时间、疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组SBI、GI、PD比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,观察组SBI、GI、PD均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者采取热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗,填充时间更短,根管填充质量更优,可有效降低再次感染率和疼痛程度,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of hot dental glue vertical compression root canal filling in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Methods 100 cases of senile chronic pulpitis and apical periarthritis patients in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019,according to random number table method they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was taken cold tooth gum lateral pressure filling root canal therapy,the observation group was taken thermal tooth gum vertical compression method of root canal therapy.Clinical effect of two groups of patients were compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the reinfection rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of root canal filling in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The filling time and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differences in SBI,GI and PD between the two groups.After treatment,SBI,GI and PD in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the elderly patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis,the root canal filling treatment with hot dental glue and vertical pressure method can shorten the filling time and improve the quality of root canal filling,which can effectively reduce the infection rate and pain degree.
