摘　　要：本文以潍坊风筝文化为例,对山东民族传统体育文化传承与发展展开研究,在分析潍坊风筝文化传承、发展方法的基础上,对山东民族传统体育文化传承与发展障碍进行解剖,提出政府与民间协作共管相结合、区域间与国际间交流相结合、学校教育与社区教育相结合、媒体参与、构建共生生态等有助于山东民族传统体育文化传承与发展的对策,旨在保障山东民族体育文化传承与发展,在促进人们身心健康的同时促进山东地区经济发展,且以民族传统体育文化为桥梁促进山东地区与其他地区之间的交流。Taking Weifang kite culture as an example,this paper studies the inheritance and development of Shandong traditional sports culture.On the basis of analyzing the inheritance and development methods of Weifang kite culture,this paper dissects the inheritance and development obstacles of Shandong traditional sports culture,and puts forward the combination of government and folk cooperation,regional and international exchanges,school education and community education,and media participation and construction of symbiotic ecology,which are helpful to the inheritance and development of Shandong national traditional sports culture.It aims to guarantee the inheritance and development of Shandong national sports culture,promote the physical and mental health of people as well as the economic development of Shandong region,and promote the communication between Shandong region and other regions by using the national traditional sports culture as a bridge.
