摘　　要：目的分析再生基因4(REG4)、survivin在卵巢癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集2016年2月-2019年2月在惠州市中心人民医院确诊并行卵巢切除术的90例原发性卵巢癌患者的临床资料,取其癌变组织为观察组,选取同期30例卵巢良性肿瘤组织为对照组。采用免疫组化SP法检测两组REG4、survivin表达情况,分析REG4和survivin在卵巢癌组织中表达与临床病理特征的关系、卵巢癌组织中REG4和survivin表达的相关性。结果REG4和survivin阳性主要分布于卵巢组织的细胞浆中。观察组卵巢组织中REG4和survivin的阳性表达率均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。REG4阳性表达与FIGO分期、分化程度、组织病理类型、转移范围有关(P<0.05)。survivin阳性表达与FIGO分期、分化程度、肿瘤直径有关(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示:卵巢癌组织中REG4表达和survivin表达呈正相关(r=0.749,P=0.000)。结论REG4及survivin在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤,与FIGO分期、分化程度、组织病理类型、转移范围及肿瘤直径相关,两者共同参与卵巢癌的发生、发展过程,有希望成为新的肿瘤治疗靶点。Objective To analyze the expressions of regenerating gene 4(REG4)and survivin and the relationships with clinicopathological features.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients diagnosed as primary ovarian cancer and treated by oophorectomy in Huizhou Central People's Hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were collected,ovarian cancer tissue samples were obtained as observation group,30 samples of benign ovarian tumor during the same period were selected as control group.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of REG4 and survivin in the two groups.The relationships between expressions of REG4 and survivin in ovarian cancer and clinicopathological features,the correlation between REG4 and survivin in ovarian cancer were analyzed.Results REG4 and survivin mainly located in cytoplasm of ovarian tissue.The positive expression rates of REG4 and survivin in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The positive expression of REG4 was correlated with FIGO staging,differentiation degree,histopathological type,and metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression of survivin was correlated with FIGO staging,differentiation degree,and tumor diameter(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that REG4 expression was positively correlated with survivin expression in ovarian cancer tissue(r=0.749,P=0.000).Conclusion The positive expression rates of REG4 and survivin in ovarian cancer tissue are significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor,which are correlated with FIGO staging,differentiation degree,histopathological type,metastasis,and tumor diameter,REG4 and survivin are involved in occurrence and development of ovarian cancer,which may become new targets for tumor treatment.
