摘 要:以宁波奥体中心体育馆项目为例,介绍了在承台、基础梁胎模施工中,采用预制胎模板代替砖胎模的方法。通过对预制胎模板进行优化设计,解决了预制胎模板之间的水平和竖向连接、侧向稳定问题,既节约了材料,又省去了后期立面的粉刷工序,从而降低了成本,加快了施工进度,节能环保,社会和经济效益显著。Taking Ningbo Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium Project as an example,it introduces the method of using prefabricated formwork to replace brick formwork in the construction of bearing platform and foundation beam formwork.Through the optimization design of prefabricated formwork,the problems of horizontal and vertical connection and lateral stability among prefabricated formworks are solved.Which not only saves materials but also saves the painting process of the later facade,thus reducing the cost and speeding up the construction progress.It is energy-saving and environmental protection,and so its social and economic benefits are remarkable.
