摘　　要：肺癌的发病率和病死率居全世界癌症第一位。由于胸部CT的普及和肺癌筛查建议的实施,早期周围型肺癌的检出率逐年增加。目前外科手术仍然是早期非小细胞肺癌的标准治疗,但由于患者高龄、合并基础疾病或拒绝手术等原因,还需要其他非外科手术治疗方案。立体定向放疗和经皮热消融是目前应用较多的方法。随着支气管镜腔内超声技术、虚拟支气管镜导航、电磁导航技术和人工智能气管镜机器人技术的发展,支气管镜下消融技术将成为治疗早期周围型肺癌的新方法。Lung cancer has the highest morbidity and mortality of cancer in the world.The detection of earlystage peripheral lung cancers is increasing because of the expanded use of CT imaging and implementation of lung cancer screening recommendations.Although surgicalresection of malignant nodules remains the standard treatment at present,manypatients are not surgical candidates because of the old age,medical comorbidities or refusal of surgery,thus prompting the need for other therapeutic modalities.Stereotactic body radiotherapy and percutaneous thermal ablation are widely used methods at present.With the development of the endobronchial ultrasound technology,virtual bronchoscopic navigation,electromagnetic navigation bronchial technology and artificial intelligence robotic bronchoscopy,bronchoscopicablation will gradually become a new method for the treatment of earlystage peripheral lung cancer.
