摘 要:探讨了活性黄M-3RE在电化学条件下对纯棉织物的无盐/低盐染色工艺,分析了外加电压、染色温度、染色时间、碳酸钠用量、固色时间等对染色效果的影响。确定电化学无盐染色工艺为:染色电压4 V,染色温度40℃,染色/固色时间40min,碳酸钠质量浓度20g/L;电化学低盐染色时氯化钠最佳质量浓度为20g/L(其他参数同电化学无盐染色)。与传统染色工艺相比,在电化学低盐条件下,活性黄M--3RE染色棉织物的KS值有所增大,色牢度基本相当。The salt free/low salt dyeing of cotton fabric with Reactive Yellow M-3 RE under electrochem ical conditions is discussed. The effects of applied voltage, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, sodium carbonate concentration and fixation time on the dyeing results are analyzed. The electrochemical salt free dyeing process is determined as follow s: dyeing voltage 4 V, dyeing temperature 40 ℃, dyeing/fixing time 40 min, sodium carbonate 20 g/L;the optimal concentration of sodium chloride in low salt electrochemical dyeing is 20 g/L(other parameters are the same as electrochemical salt free dyeing).Compared with the traditional dyeing process, the K/S value of cotton fabric dyed with Reactive Yellow M-3 RE is increased and the color fastness is almost the same.
