穴位按摩联合高纤维饮食治疗脑卒中合并便秘患者的效果观察

摘　　要：为观察穴位按摩联合高纤维饮食治疗脑卒中合并便秘患者的疗效,将脑卒中合并便秘患者150例随机分为对照组和干预组,每组75例。对照组患者采用高纤维饮食干预治疗,干预组患者采用穴位按摩联合高纤维饮食干预治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、大便性状及生活质量。结果显示,干预组患者总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),干预组患者大便性质分型优于对照组(P <0.05),干预组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,穴位按摩联合高纤维饮食干预能明显改善脑卒中合并便秘患者临床症状,提高生活质量及治疗效果。To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with high fiber diet on stroke patients with constipation,150 patients with stroke complicated with constipation were randomly divided into control group(n=75,treated with high fiber diet intervention)and intervention group(n=75,treated with acupoint massage combined with high fiber diet intervention),then the clinical efficacy,stool traits and quality of life were compared in the 2 groups.As results,the total effective rate of the patients in intervention group was higher than that in control group(P <0.05),the classification of stool properties in intervention group was better than that in control group(P <0.05),and the quality of life score in intervention group was higher than that in control group(P <0.05).The results show that acupoint massage combined with high fiber diet intervention could significantly improve the clinical symptoms,quality of life and therapeutic effect of stroke patients with constipation.
