术前营养支持与早期康复训练在结直肠癌患者围手术期的应用效果观察

摘　　要：为观察术前营养支持与术后早期康复训练在结直肠癌根治术患者围手术期的应用效果,将行结直肠癌手术患者90例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者接受术前营养支持,观察组患者接受术前营养支持结合术后早期康复训练,比较2组患者营养状况、胃肠道功能、并发症及生活质量。结果显示,观察组患者干预后营养状况、疾病严重程度及年龄评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、排气时间、首次进食流质时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,术前营养支持结合术后早期康复训练能促进结直肠癌根治术术后患者胃肠道功能恢复,提高生活质量,减少并发症,推荐使用。This study was to observe the efficacy of preoperative nutrition support and early conditioning at perioperation of colorectal cancer patients,randomly divided 90 patietns with colorectal cancer to be subject to surgery into centrol group(45 cases,received preoperative nutrition support)and observation group(45 cases,preoperative nutrition support plus early postoperative conditioning);then,compared both groups’ patients’ nutrition situation,gastrointestinal function,complication and their quality of life.As results,after intervention in the score on nutrition situation,diseases’ severity and patients’ age;in the time for bowel sound recovered,for first defecation,for flatus,and for first eating;in the incidence of postoperative complication and in the score rating on quality of life observation group was significantly and respectively lower,shorter,lower,and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that preoperative nutrition support plus early conditioning can promote patients’ gastrointestinal function recovered postoperatively,enhance their quality of life,reduce complication.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
