摘 要:目的探讨应用循证实践提升医务人员手卫生依从性的效果,为提高医务人员手卫生依从性提供有效方法,为医院感染管理提供数据参考。方法选取2019年1—12月黑龙江省医院部分临床科室医护人员80人为观察对象,进行随机分组,观察组和对照组各40人。对照组采用常规手卫生,观察组采用循证实践促进措施提高手卫生依从性,对二组医务人员在临床诊治及护理过程中手卫生设施和用品配置情况及手卫生的知晓率、依从率和正确率进行对比分析,计数资料用百分率表示,组间比较采用χ^2检验。结果观察组手卫生设施设置和用品配置合格率为97.5%,明显高于对照组(72.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手卫生知晓率、依从率、正确率和手部细菌培养合格率分别为92.5%、90.0%、95.0%和97.5%;对照组分别为77.5%、55.0%、80.0%和60.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医护人员开展循证实践可有效提高手卫生依从性,降低医院感染的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based practice(EBD) in improving hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel, to provide an effective method to improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel, and to provide data reference for hospital infection management. Methods A total of 80 medical personnel in parts of clinical departments of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital were selected as the observation objects from January to December 2019, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 persons in each group. The control group used routine hand hygiene, while the observation group used evidence-based practice promotion measures to improve hand hygiene compliance, the hand hygiene facilities, hand hygiene awareness rate, compliance rate and correct rate of the medical personnel in two groups during clinical diagnosis and treatment and nursing process were compared and analyzed. The count data were expressed by percentage, and the comparison between two groups was performed by χ^2 test. Results In the observation group, the qualified rate of hand hygiene facilities and articles allocation was 97.5%, it was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.5%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the observation group, hand hygiene awareness rate, hand hygiene compliance rate, correct rate and qualified rate of hand bacterial culture was 92.5%, 90.0%, 95.0% and 97.5%, respectively. In the control group, these rate was 77.5%, 55.0%, 80.0% and 60.0%, respectively. These rates in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is shows that carry out evidence-based practice for medical personnel can effectively improve hand hygiene compliance, and reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection.
