健康的道德负载及其现实意义

摘　　要：健康不仅是一种状态和能力,也是一种意识,是多种表征在个体上的综合体现。与强悍、雄壮等不同,健康渗透着文化、素养等因素,有道德的在场。道德是内在于健康的不可或缺的固有属性,与健康相伴始终,并非可有可无的影响因素。正确认识健康的道德负载,有助于提高对健康问题的认识,深化对健康伦理问题的研究;有助于强化个体的健康责任,端正对健康权利与责任的态度;有助于丰富健康素养的内涵,增进对健康道德和健康教育的认同。Health is not only a state,a kind of ability,but also a kind of consciousness,which is the comprehensive embodiment of many kinds of representations in human body.Different from doughty and majesty,health is permeated with culture,literacy and other factors,and has the presence of morality.Morality is an indispensable and inherent attribute of health,and always goes with health.Morality is an indispensable and intrinsic attribute of health,and cannot be regarded as merely ageneral factor affecting health,not an optional factor.Correct understanding of the moral attribute of health is helpful to improve the understanding of health problems and deepen the research of health ethics.It is helpful to strengthen individual health responsibility and correct attitude towards health right and responsibility.It is helpful to enrich the connotation of health literacy and enhance the recognition of health ethics and health education.
