摘　　要："健康中国"战略的实施离不开健康管理的驱动,传统以医生为主导的健康管理模式已无法满足人民日益增长的健康需求。在对国内外健康管理共同生产理论相关文献进行梳理和分析的基础上,探讨共同生产理论在我国健康管理实践中具体应用的可能性与挑战,从而为优化健康管理、提升医疗服务质量提供理论参考。研究认为,健康管理需要由专业医疗人员与患者及其家庭来共同创造,通过医患合作共同追求患者的利益最大化,在医疗服务的具体实践中,应认识到患者在医疗服务中提供的重要作用,并基于这一认识来设计更有意义的医疗服务体系。Health management is necessary in the implementation of the strategy of"Healthy China"while the traditional doctor-led diagnosis and disease-led diagnosis cannot keep up with people’s increasingly growing needs of health.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures on health management and coproduction,this thesis attempts to discuss the possibilities and challenges about the application of coproduction in China’s health management practice.Hope to provide some theoretical references to the optimization of health management and medical services.Furthermore,the study suggests that health management needs to be created jointly by doctors and patients and their families.Through the doctorpatient cooperation,health management seeks to maximize the interests of patients,attaches importance to the role of patient to medical services in the concrete practice,then to design a more meaningful medical service system.
