基于行为经济学的医患矛盾分析

摘　　要：当前我国暴力伤医事件频发,医患关系紧张,医患矛盾加剧。从行为经济学的视角,试图突破传统经济学的完全理性、完全信息、效用最大化、偏好一致性以及自利性这5个重要的基础性假设,从现实的角度出发,分析当前医患矛盾产生的原因,即医生决策行为违背完全理性、医疗服务过程存在信息负担、医嘱依从性影响医疗服务效果、参照点影响医患双方偏好以及医患双方缺失利他主义精神。对此,提出相关建议以减少因非理性行为而产生的医患矛盾。It is not rare to see violence against doctors,tense doctor-patient relationship,and increasing doctor-patient conflicts currently in China.From the perspective of behavioral economics,this paper attempts to break through the five important basic assumptions of traditional economics:perfect rationality,perfect information,utility maximization,preference consistency and self-interest,expects to analyze the reasons which cause the current doctor-patient conflicts from a realistic perspective.Main reasons include that doctors’decision-making behaviors violate complete rationality,information burden in the process of medical service,doctors’advice compliance affects the effect of medical service,reference points affect the doctors’and patients’preferences,and both doctors and patients lack altruistic spirit.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward to reduce the doctor-patient conflicts caused by irrational behavior.
