粘接式颊面管与带环颊面管对牙周健康影响的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨正畸治疗中应用粘接式颊面管与带环颊面管对牙周健康影响。方法本研究选择2016年1月-2018年12月于天津市南开区王顶堤医院治疗结束的正畸患者50例共200颗牙作为研究对象,根据正畸方式分为粘接式颊面管组27例108颗牙与带环颊面管组23例92颗牙,比较两组的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)和牙周探诊深度(PPD),以评价患者的牙周健康情况。结果粘接式颊面管组的GI、PLI高于带环颊面管组,PPD异常率低于带环颊面管组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论粘接式颊面管在维护牙周健康方面优于带环颊面管,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the periodontal health influence of using bonding type and ring band type buccal tube in orthodontic treatment.Methods In this study,50 orthodontic patients with a total of 200 teeth who were treated in Nankai District Wangdingdi Hospital of Tianjin from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the orthodontic methods,they were divided into two groups:bonding type buccal tube group(27 cases,108 teeth)and ring band type buccal tube group(23 cases,92 teeth).The gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and periodontal probing depth(PPD)of the two groups were compared to evaluate the periodontal health of the patients.Results The GI and PLI of bonding type buccal tube group were higher than those of ring band type buccal tube group,and the abnormal rate of PPD was lower than that of ring band type buccal tube group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bonding type buccal tube was superior to ring band type buccal tube in maintaining periodontal health,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
