摘 要:杭州萧山国际机场新建T4航站楼深基坑工程周边环境十分复杂,该基坑为坑中坑,需要进行围护设计。同时,周边交通运输条件受限,部分区域钢筋混凝土支撑梁采用静力切割后,叉车上结构板楼面进行支撑拆除。通过现场调查及查阅相关技术资料,本文研究了不同吨位叉车自重及载重时总重量分布在结构楼板上的荷载比例、前后轴叉车不同轮轴的接触面积,计算出楼板承受的均布荷载大小,然后根据结构楼板配筋大小及楼板厚度,分析在该荷载作用下楼板承载力是否满足要求,论证其对结构自身的性能安全是否有影响。The surrounding environment of the deep foundation pit project of the new T4 terminal of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport is very complicated,the foundation pit is a pit-in-the-pit and needs to be designed for enclosure.At the same time,the surrounding transportation conditions are restricted,after the reinforced concrete support beams in some areas are statically cut,the forklift goes up to the structural slab floor to remove the support.Through on-site investigation and access to relevant technical data,this paper studied the load ratio of the total weight distributed on the structural floor under the conditions of different tonnage of forklifts'own weight and load,and the contact area of the front and rear axles of the forklift,and calculated the uniformly distributed load that the floor slab beared,and then analyzed whether the bearing capacity of the floor slab met the requirements under the load based on the size of the structural floor reinforcement and the thickness of the floor slab,and demonstrated whether it had an impact on the performance and safety of the structure itself.
