对立违抗障碍儿童父母养育方式与其行为问题的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对立违抗障碍(ODD)患儿的父母养育方式及其与行为问题的关系。方法选取44例ODD患者(研究组)及按年级随机抽取的50名正常儿童(对照组)进行Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)、父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)评估,采用独立样本t检验、Pearson相关分析进行分析。结果研究组CBCL分裂样、抑郁、交往不良、强迫性、社交退缩、多动、攻击性、违纪因子分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组EMBU父亲情感温暖理解、父亲偏爱被试和母亲情感温暖理解因子分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,研究组EMBU中父亲情感温暖与理解(F1)与CBCL中抑郁、多动均呈负相关(P<0.05);父亲惩罚严厉(F2)与CBCL量表中分裂样、抑郁、交往不良、强迫性、社交退缩、多动均呈正相关(P<0.05);父亲拒绝否认(F5)与CBCL量表中分裂样、抑郁、交往不良、强迫性、体诉、社交退缩、多动均呈正相关(P<0.05);EMBU中母亲情感温暖与理解(M1)与CBCL量表中分裂样、交往不良、多动均呈负相关(P<0.05);母亲的惩罚严厉(M4)与CBCL量表中多动呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论ODD儿童家庭中父母亲的情感温暖理解低,不良的教养方式可能与ODD儿童的异常行为有关。Objective To explore parenting styles and their relationship with behavioral problems in children with oppositional defiant disorder(ODD).Methods A total of 44 patients with ODD in study group and 50 healthy controls selected according to their grades in control group were selected and assessed with Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL)and Egna Minnen av Betraffande Uppfostran(EMBU).Independent sample t test and Pearson correlation analysis were used for analysis.Results The factor scores of schizoid,depression,bad communication,obsessive,social withdrawal,hyperactivity,aggressivity and breaking rules of CBCL in study group were all significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The factor scores of father’s emotional warmth and understanding,father’s preference and mother’s emotional warmth and understanding of EMBU in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that father’s emotional warmth and understanding in EMBU was negatively correlated with depression and hyperactivity in CBCL(P<0.05);father’s severe punishment was positively correlated with schizoid,depression,bad communication,obsessive,social withdrawal and hyperactivity in CBCL(P<0.05);father’s refusal to deny was positively correlated with schizoid,depression,bad communication,obsessive,body complaint,social withdrawal and hyperactivity in CBCL(P<0.05);mother’s emotional warmth and understanding was negatively correlated with schizoid,bad communication and hyperactivity in CBCL(P<0.05);and mother’s severe punishment was positively correlated with hyperactivity in CBCL(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of parents’emotional warmth and understanding are low in ODD children’s families,and the poor parenting style may be related to ODD children’s abnormal behaviors.
