摘 要:为了研究飞机发动机驱动泵出口流体压力脉动对管路结构振动的影响,基于某型飞机发动机驱动泵真实结构参数,建立了AMESim柱塞泵模型,模拟了柱塞泵额定工作状态下液压油出口流动特性,得到流体压力脉动函数表达式。选取液压泵出口段管路结构进行建模分析,将流体脉动函数表达式作为管路入口流体边界条件输入,对管路进行流固耦合振动特性分析。结果表明:管路的过渡段在流体冲击下产生的变形最大,变形量为1.1774 mm;当流体激励频率接近管路一阶固有频率时,管路发生共振的振幅最大,其中最大振幅为31.227 mm。最后,通过加设弹性卡箍的方法对管路进行优化,优化方法有效降低了流体激励对管路振动的影响。In order to study the influence of the fluid pressure pulsation at the exit of the aircraft engine driven pump on the vibration of the pipeline structure,an AMESim plunger pump model was established based on the real structural parameters of an aircraft engine driven pump.The fluid pressure pulsation function expression was obtained by simulating the flow characteristics of the hydraulic oil outlet under normal working conditions of the plunger pump.Substitute the expression of fluid pulsation function as the fluid boundary condition at the inlet of the pipeline,and analyze the fluid-structure interaction vibration characteristics of the pipeline.The results show that the deformation of the transitional section of the pipeline under the impact of fluid is the largest,and the amount of deformation is 1.1774 mm.When the fluid excitation frequency is close to the natural frequency of the pipeline,the amplitude of resonance in the pipeline is the largest,of which the maximum amplitude is 31.227 mm.Finally,the pipeline is optimized by adding elastic clamps.The optimization method effectively reduces the influence of fluid excitation on pipeline vibration.
