摘  要:为解决飞机冲压空气涡轮系统(RAT)在低速时启动困难的问题,保证RAT快速完成从启动到正常工作,防止RAT涡轮停转,提出了RAT液压泵的三种卸荷方法,对卸荷机构原理以及基于AMESim的动态特性仿真进行了分析,并进行了性能试验验证。结果表明,三种卸荷方法均实现了小负载扭矩启动,卸荷时出口压力均为低压力;旁通阀卸荷流量为全流量,卸荷损失功率最大,最大冲击瞬时压力最高,适用于排量较小的RAT液压泵;内控恒压卸荷从卸荷阶段过渡到恒压变量阶段调节时间最短;结构上,旁通阀卸荷机构最简单,内控恒压卸荷机构最复杂。To solve the problem that the ram air turbine system is difficult to start at low speed,to ensure the rapid completion of RAT from start to normal operation,and to prevent the RAT turbine from stopping,three unloading methods of RAT hydraulic pump are proposed.The principle of unloading mechanism and the simulation of dynamic characteristics based on AMESim are analyzed,and the performance test is carried out.The results show that the three unloading methods all realize to start at the small load torque,and the outlet pressure is low when unloading;the unloading flow by the bypass valve is full flow,and loss power is the largest when unloading,the maximum transient impact pressure is the highest,which is suitable for RAT hydraulic pump with small displacement;the regulating time of internal control constant pressure unloading is the shortest from unloading stage to constant pressure variable delivery stage;in structure,the unloading mechanism by the bypass valve is the simplest,and the internal control constant pressure unloading mechanism is the most complex.
