摘　　要：目的研究不同抗癫痫药物治疗脑炎后癫痫的疗效及对认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月~2019年3月收治的68例脑炎后癫痫患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将患者分为A组(23例)、B组(23例)、C组(22例),A组患者给予托吡酯治疗,B组患者给予奥卡西平治疗,C组患者给予丙戊酸钠治疗。治疗6个月,比较三组患者临床疗效,认知功能及生活质量情况。结果治疗后A组临床疗效高于B组和C组(P<0.05),命名、定向、注意力、抽象、语言评分高于B组和C组等认知功能评分,社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活和心理功能等生活质量评分高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托吡酯治疗脑炎后癫痫疗效好,能有效改善患者认知功能,提高患者社会生活质量。Objective To study the efficacy of different antiepileptic drugs for epilepsy after encephalitis and the influence on cognitive function.Methods 68 patients with epilepsy after encephalitis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects and were divided into Group A(23 cases),Group B(23 cases)and Group C(22 cases)by random number table method.Group A patients were treated with topiramate,Group B patients were treated with oxcarbazepine,and Group C patients were treated with sodium valproate.After 6 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,cognitive function and quality of life of the 3 groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in Group A was higher than that in Group B and Group C(P<0.05).The cognitive function scores of naming,orientation,attention,abstraction and language,etc.of Group A were higher than those of Group B and Group C,and the life quality scores of social function,physical function,material life and psychological function,etc.of Group A were also higher than those of Group B and Group C,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Topiramate has good therapeutic efficacy for epilepsy after encephalitis.It could effectively improve the patients'cognitive function and the quality of their social life.
