摘　　要：针对原有工艺文件的手工焊接设定在机器人参数监控、干预、数据采集等方面存在空白的缺陷,文章建立了装焊车间点焊机器人参数体系,并通过优化应用,有效提升机器人焊接质量及焊接效果。In the view of the original process documents,which mainly aim at manual welding operation,the parameter monitoring,intervention,data acquisition and other aspects for the spot welding robot exist blank defects.Establishment and optimization the parameter system for the spot welding robot in welding workshop can effectively improve the quality of robot welding and welding effect.
