摘　　要：目的:探讨肺转移肿瘤手术切除对生存获益的影响。方法:选取2012年2月-2016年2月本院收治的肺转移肿瘤患者50例。根据是否手术分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。对照组只给予患者化疗和放疗等内科治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上使用肺转移肿瘤手术切除。比较两组一般资料、无瘤间期、患病时间、转移后存活时间及治疗后情况。结果:对照组无瘤间期中DFI-1为(43.9±3.4)个月,与研究组的(43.3±3.0)个月比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患病时间、转移后存活时间均长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对肺转移肿瘤患者进行治疗过程当中,肺转移肿瘤手术切除加化疗等综合治疗的效果较单纯内科治疗理想。如果转移肿瘤能够完整切除就应该积极手术治疗,这样可以提高患者的生存获益。Objective:To investigate the effect of surgical resection of lung metastases on survival benefit.Method:Fifty patients with lung metastatic tumor admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to February 2016 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to whether the operation was performed,25 cases in each group.The control group was only given chemotherapy and radiotherapy,on the basis of the control group,the study group used surgical resection of lung metastases.The general information,tumor free interval,disease time,survival time after metastasis and treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The tumor-free interphase DFI-1 in the control group was (43.9±3.4) months,compared with (43.3±3.0) months in the study group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The disease duration and survival time after metastasis in the study group were longer than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate and pain score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with lung metastases,the effect of comprehensive treatment such as surgical resection and chemotherapy is better than that of simple medical treatment.If the metastatic tumor can be completely removed,surgical treatment should be actively carried out,which can improve the survival benefits of patients.
