蟾蝓保元汤联合放疗对肺腺癌的效果及对血清Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨蟾蝓保元汤联合放疗治疗肺腺癌的效果及对血清Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。方法收治的肺腺癌患者140例按照安全随机法分为放疗组和联合组,每组70例。放疗组患者进行放射治疗,联合组患者使用蟾蝓保元汤联合放疗进行治疗。酶联免疫吸附实验法检测血管内皮细胞生长因子受体(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor,VEFGR)水平;Western blot法检测Bcl-2、Bax相对表达量,测定2组患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平,对比2组患者治疗效果、不良反应及治疗后生存情况。结果联合组患者VEGFR1、VEGFR2、VEGFR3水平均低于放疗组(P<0.05)。联合组患者Bcl-2相对表达量低于放疗组,Bax相对表达量高于放疗组(P<0.05)。联合组患者治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+水平高于放疗组,CD8^+水平低于放疗组(P<0.05)。联合组患者治疗总有效率高于放疗组(P<0.05)。联合组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率略高于放疗组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组患者1、3、5年生存率均高于放疗组(P<0.05)。结论使用蟾蝓保元汤联合放疗对肺腺癌患者进行治疗,能够调控VEGFR水平,改善患者免疫功能,调控Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达,治疗效果显著,且能提升患者生存时间,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Chanyubaoyuan decoction combined with radiotherapy on lung adenocarcinoma and its effects on the expression of serum Bcl-2 and Bax.Methods A total of 140 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were divided into radiotherapy group(n=70)and combination treatment group(n=70)according to randomization method.The patients in radiotherapy group were treated by radiotherapy,however,the patients in combination treatment group were treated by Chanyubaoyuan decoction with Chana Baoyuan decoction combined with radiotherapy.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(VEFGR).Western Blot was used to detect the relative expression levels of Bcl-2 and Bax,and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets were detected in both groups.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions and survival status after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of VEGFR1,VEGFR2,and VEGFR3 in combination treatment group were significantly lower than those in radiotherapy group(P<0.05).After treatment,the relative expression of Bcl-2 in combination treatment group was significantly lower than that in the radiotherapy group,and the relative expression of Bax was significantly higher than that in the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,and CD4^+in combination treatment group were significantly higher than those of the radiotherapy group after treatment,and the CD8^+level was significantly lower than that of the radiotherapy group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the combination group was significantly higher than that in radiotherapy group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination treatment group was slightly higher than that in radiotherapy group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The 1-year,3-year,and 5-year survival rates of patients in combination treatment group were significantly higher than those in radiotherapy group(P
