摘　　要：目的:观察万向排牙导板对全口义齿咀嚼效能的影响。方法:选择40例无牙颌患者为研究对象,将病例随机分为对照组和实验组,均采用下颌起排法,对照组采用传统方法,实验组采用万向排牙导板辅助排牙。观察两组方法的全口义齿患者佩戴时咀嚼效能的异同,调研患者在佩戴3个月后对外观、语言清晰度、咀嚼能力、义齿稳固度和舒适度5方面的满意度。结果:两组患者外观、语言清晰度相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);全口义齿稳固度、咀嚼功能和口腔舒适度3方面,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统下颌排牙法相比,万向排牙导板辅助制作的全口义齿咀嚼效能更好,更好帮助患者恢复义齿的咀嚼功能。Objective:To observe the influence of Dental guide plate set to masticatory function of complete denture.Methods:We chose 40 patients with no teeth and jaw as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and experience group,each group were by mandibular method making complete dentures.The experience group used dental guide plate set to assist in tooth removal.Observation method in the two groups patients on satisfaction of complete denture,chew,chew effect and the influence of intelligibility.Results:There was no significant difference in appearance and speech intelligibility between the two groups(P>0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in three aspects:firm sense,masticatory function and oral comfort(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the traditional mandibular denture arrangement,the complete denture made by the universal denture guide plate has better masticatory efficiency and can help patients recover the masticatory function of the denture.It is worth popularizing and applying by clinical technicians.
