他克莫司软膏联合外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察他克莫司软膏联合外用重组人表皮生长因子喷剂治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓(EOLP)的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年4月-2019年4月在本院口腔科就诊的EOLP患者91例。采用电脑生成随机数法,将其分为A组32例,B组30例,C组29例。A组使用他克莫司软膏与外用重组人表皮生长因子联合治疗,B组单纯使用他克莫司软膏治疗,C组单纯使用外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗。比较三组的临床疗效、复发情况。结果:治疗4周后,A、B两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、C两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组复发率为12.0%,B组为44.4%,C组为58.3%。A、B两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、C两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏联合外用重组人表皮生长因子喷剂治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓具有良好的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tacrolimus Ointment combined with rhEGF in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus(EOLP).Method:Ninety-one patients with EOLP who visited the department of Stomatology of our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected.Using computer-generated random number method,they were divided into 32 cases in group A,30 cases in group B and 29 cases in group C.Group A was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment combined with rhEGF,group B was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment alone,group C was treated with rhEGF alone.The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the three groups were compared.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,comparison of total effective rate between Group A and Group B,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,comparison of total effective rate between Group A and Group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,comparison of total effective rate between Group B and Group C,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The recurrence rate was 12.0%in group A,44.4%in group B and 58.3%in group C.Comparison of recurrence rates between groups A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of recurrence rates between groups A and C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of recurrence rates between group B and Group C,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tacrolimus Ointment combined with rhEGF has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of oral erosive lichen planus.
