摘  要:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)由于其低成本、易于加工及修补和出色的美学外观等特性被选做可摘局部义齿和全口义齿的基托材料。然而,PMMA的主要缺点是抗菌性能差,加之老年人的免疫力低和服药等原因引起的唾液分泌量减少,义齿佩戴者中有15%到70%会发生义齿性口炎。因此,义齿基托材料抗菌性能的改善将为义齿佩戴者带来更好的生活质量。基于此,许多学者展开研究,主要致力于研发一种新型义齿基托材料,该材料可以阻止微生物粘附至其表面或杀灭微生物,从而提升义齿基托的抗菌性,本文结合近五年来发表的文章,概述了提升义齿基托抗菌性的方法。Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)was selected as the base material for removable partial denture or full denture due to its low cost,easy to process and repair,and excellent aesthetic appearance.However,the main disadvantages of PMMA are poor antibacterial performance,coupled with the low immunity of the elderly and reduced saliva secretion caused by drugs,denture wearers between 15%and 70%will occur denture stomatitis.Therefore,the improvement of the antibacterial properties of denture base materials will bring better quality of life to the denture wearers.Based on this,many scholars have carried out researchers,mainly focusing on the development of a new denture base material,which can prevent microorganism from adhering to its surface or kill them,so as to improve the antibacterial properties of denture base.This paper summarized the methods to enhance the antibacterial property of denture base combined with the articles published during the five years.
