摘 要:我国依托高端平台培养了大量优秀博士生。但高端平台如何培育博士生创新能力及其优势尚需讨论。基于已有研究和调研数据,以知识共享为中介变量分析了博士生的社会资本与科研创新能力之间的关系。结果表明,平台提供的社会资本对博士生创新能力存在显著的正向影响,而知识共享行为在其中起到部分中介作用。运用实证分析方法对不同平台博士生的创新能力作用机制进行比较,发现高端平台在社会资本有效转化率及知识共享广度方面具有显著优势,对博士生创新能力培养的直接效应、组合效应、叠加效应三位一体,但在知识共享广度方面仍需改进。建议优化博士生社会资本的生成路径、构建合理的知识梯度、提升平台知识整合能力及引进跨学科知识人才,以提升博士生创新能力。China has cultivated a large number of outstanding doctoral students relying on key research plaforms. However, how to cultivate the innovation ability and advantages of doctoral students in key research platforms still needs to be discussed. The relationship between the social capital of doctoral students and the ability of scientific research innovation is analyzed by means of knowledge sharing as a mediator. The results show that the social capital provided by the platform has a significant positive impact on the innovation ability of doctoral students, and the knowledge sharing behavior plays a partial intermediary role. The empirical analysis method is used to compare the mechanism of innovation ability of doctoral students on different platforms. It is found that the key research plaforms have significant advantages in the effective conversion rate of social capital and the breadth of knowledge sharing. It has a comprehensive impact on the cultivation of innovation ability of doctoral students.However, the breadth of knowledge sharing of the platform still needs to be improved. It is suggested to optimize the path of doctoral students’ social capital generation, build a reasonable knowledge gradient, improve the platform knowledge integration ability, and introduce interdisciplinary knowledge talents to improve their innovation ability.
