摘  要:针对现有文献中的LLC无传感器同步整流方案解耦精度不高,未考虑负载变化和输出电压滞后的问题,该文提出一种基于移相角前馈的LLC无传感器同步整流控制策略。通过分析建立同步整流驱动高电平时间和混合控制下开关频率与移相角之间的关系,利用寻优算法来实现精确的同步整流,引入移相角前馈控制来解决寻优算法控制滞后的问题。最后通过实验对所提出的方案进行验证。In view of the existing literatures,LLC sensorless synchronous rectifier scheme decoupling precision is not high.The cause is that it do not consider the problem of load change and the lag of the output voltage.This paper proposes a LLC sensorless synchronous rectifier control strategy based on phase-shifted angle feedforward.Through analyzing the high-level time of the synchronous rectifier drive,the relationship between the switching frequency and phase-shift angle under hybrid control is established.And also the accurate synchronous rectifier is achieved by using the optimization algorithm.By introducing the phase-shift angle feedforward control to solve the problem of the lag of optimization algorithm control.Finally,the proposed scheme is verified by experimental results.
