摘　　要：目的:研究经胃镜球囊扩张联合激素黏膜下注射治疗老年食管良性狭窄的效果。方法:选择在笔者所在医院及泉州市第一医院治疗的老年食管良性狭窄患者40例,将其随机分为两组,每组20例。对照组采用单一经胃镜球囊扩张治疗,试验组采用经胃镜球囊扩张联合激素黏膜下注射治疗。比较两组治疗效果及半年内平均扩张次数。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组半年平均扩张次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:经胃镜球囊扩张联合激素黏膜下注射治疗老年食管良性狭窄,可以显著改善吞咽困难,从而提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of endoscopic balloon dilatation combined with submucosal injection of hormone in the treatment of benign esophageal stricture in the elderly.Method:A total of 40 elderly patients with benign esophageal stricture treated in our hospital and Quanzhou First Hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic balloon dilatation alone,while the experimental group was treated with endoscopic balloon dilatation combined with hormone submucosal injection.The treatment effect and average dilatation times in 6 months of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The average dilation times in 6 months of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Endoscopic balloon dilatation combined with submucosal injection of hormone in the treatment of benign esophageal stricture in the elderly can significantly improve dysphagia and thus improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
