摘　　要：目的:探讨闭合式鼻咽冲洗法对鼻咽癌放疗患者鼻咽分泌物黏稠度的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年7月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者共60例,按照随机数字法分为对照组(采用开放式鼻腔冲洗法)和观察组(采用闭合式鼻咽冲洗法),两组均为30例。比较两组鼻咽分泌物黏稠度、鼻黏膜损伤情况及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组鼻咽分泌物黏稠程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组鼻咽鼻黏膜损伤改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组放疗中期与后期生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:闭合式鼻咽冲洗法应用于鼻咽癌放疗患者中能够降低分泌物黏稠度和鼻黏膜受损程度,生活质量降低得更慢,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of closed nasopharyngeal irrigation on the viscosity of nasopharyngeal secretions in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Method:A total of 60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(using open nasal irrigation method)and the observation group(using closed nasopharyngeal irrigation method)according to random number method,with 30 cases in both groups.The nasopharyngeal secretion viscosity,nasal mucosal injury and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the nasopharyngeal secretion viscosity in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nasopharyngeal mucosal injury in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the middle and late stages of radiotherapy in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The closed nasopharyngeal irrigation method used in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy can reduce the viscosity of secretions and the degree of damage to the nasal mucosa,and the quality of life will decrease more slowly.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
