摘　　要：目的:观察对精神分裂症患者进行出院后康复追踪的效果。方法:选取2017年11月-2019年3月笔者所在医院精神分裂症患者60例,以随机数字表法分为常规组与追踪组,每组30例。常规组在医院内接受常规临床治疗,追踪组在常规组基础上进行出院后康复追踪,并根据实际追踪结果给予患者针对性康复治疗指导。对出院时、出院后6个月及1年两组治疗依从性、生活质量、日常生活能力状况进行比较。结果:出院后6个月及1年,追踪组治疗依从性、生活质量、日常生活能力均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症患者实施出院后康复追踪并给予针对性康复治疗指导,有利于改善生活质量及日常生活能力,促进患者早日回归家庭及社会,减轻家庭和社会负担。Objective:To observe the effect of rehabilitation follow-up in patients with schizophrenia after discharge from hospital.Method:A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from November 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into the routine group and the follow-up group by random number table method,30 patients in each group.The routine group received routine clinical treatment in the hospital,while the follow-up group received post-discharge rehabilitation follow-up on the basis of the routine group,and according to the actual follow-up results to give patients targeted rehabilitation treatment guidance.The treatment compliance,quality of life and daily living ability were compared between the two groups at discharge,6 months and 1 year after discharge.Result:Six months and one year after discharge,the treatment compliance,quality of life and daily living ability of the follow-up group were significantly better than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Post-discharge rehabilitation follow-up and targeted rehabilitation treatment guidance for schizophrenia patients are conducive to improving the quality of life and daily living ability,promoting the early return of patients to their family and society,and reducing the burden on the family and society.
