摘　　要：目的:探索对于乳腺良性肿物患者予以真空辅助旋切术的临床应用价值及术后复发率。方法:选取2016年6月-2018年12月于本院就诊的乳腺良性肿物患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各300例。对照组予以传统乳晕旁手术切口,研究组予以真空辅助旋切术。对比两组患者手术情况、术后情况、疼痛程度,并采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估术后心理状态。结果:研究组患者手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症、术后畸形、术后复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后疼痛评分、SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:真空辅助旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物患者不仅能缩短手术时间、手术切口小、减轻疼痛、改善心理状态,还能降低并发症及复发率,具有较好的临床使用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical application value and recurrence rate of vacuum assisted rotary cutting for breast benign tumor patients.Method:From June 2016 to December 2018,the patients with benign breast tumor were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table,each group had 300 cases.The control group received traditional periareolar surgery incision,and the study group received vacuum assisted rotary cutting.The operation condition,postoperative condition and pain degree of the two groups were compared,and the postoperative psychological state was assessed by SAS and SDS.Result:The incision length,operation time and bleeding volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications,deformity and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score,SDS and SAS score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vacuum assisted rotary cutting can not only shorten the operation time,reduce the pain,improve the psychological state,but also reduce the complications and recurrence rate,which has better clinical value.
