血管内介入栓塞治疗隐匿性脑血管畸形的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析血管内介入栓塞治疗隐匿性脑血管畸形的效果。方法:选取2016年10月-2019年12月笔者所在医院收治的100例隐匿性脑血管畸形患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规开颅显微镜下切除畸形血管并清理血肿,观察组采用血管内介入栓塞治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率及生活功能恢复情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4%,明显低于对照组的20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活功能1级患者例数明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取血管内介入栓塞法治疗隐匿性脑血管畸形的临床效果显著,可促进患者生活功能恢复,并发症发生率低,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用,推广价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of endovascular embolization in the treatment of occult cerebral vascular malformation.Method:From October 2016 to December 2019,100 patients with occult cerebral vascular malformation admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with removing the abnormal blood vessels and cleanning the hematoma under the microscope.The observation group was treated with endovascular embolization.The clinical effect,complication rate and life function recovery of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96%,which was significantly higher than 78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4%,which was significantly lower than 20%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients with life function grade 1 in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endovascular embolization has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of occult cerebral vascular malformation,which can promote the recovery of life function of patients,with low complication rate and high safety.It has a high clinical application and promotion value.
